It is the time to share with the world this personal and loving motherhood story. This is my healthy pregnancy story and my best 5 tips that got me there. It was possible for me and it is possible for you and any woman who is stubborn enough to follow her true inner voice. 9 month are about 270 days where you can choose to worry and stress about the future or simply decide to enjoy each moment of this limited unique time in your life as a woman.

Prepare the baby’s home
It all started 3,4 months before we got pregnant. The decision to have children in the family was made. Now it was just an a matter of time and job alignment. My background in alternative healings methods was close to zero. Deep within I wanted to prepare “the house” (my womb) where my baby would “live” for the next 9 months. Constantly I was feeling a heaviness in lower part of my abdomen from all the daily-work stress. As women we tend to store many of our worries in our womb. That was no place for my healthy amazing baby to grow, thus something needed to be done.
Here it gets very personal and I can’t tell you what course, healing method, energy releasing technique you should use. For me something needed to be done I chose this energy cleansing course in Romanian by Iulia Barbu. Like I said there is no right formula, just follow your own path.
I got pregnant right away
The vision of my family, of my healthy baby and me as a mum were vivid in my mind. Regularly I was connecting to the that joy and blissful emotions I imagined I would feel after becoming a mother. My mental health, my healthy habits and regular body activity made it super easy for me at 34 years young to get pregnant right away. You can call it luck, faith, choice, blessing but despite what doctors said about “my age” we got pregnant in the first month.
Do not let others dictate your pregnancy story
The moment you start sharing your happy news to everyone, after the congratulations and the tears, an avalanche of advices, worries, TODOs could come on your way. Despite the best intentions behind each thought stay focused on what you want. If any information does not align with your truth kindly return to your path.

During the 9 months I mostly use 2 apps that were informing us of the baby’s development. While one of them was very anatomically and straight forward to facts, the other one was letting me know each week of how sick, worried, heavy and swollen I should feel or be. This information was not aligned with my truth so I kept it for the 3D photos of the baby’s development without reading the description attached.
Take a hypnobirthing course
If this is your first pregnancy I can not emphasize enough how important a birth course is for you. In addition to a normal birth course Hypnobirthing focuses on positive natural experiences. During the four meetings we were though breathing techniques, visualisations and relaxing exercising. We watched videos of women giving birth with ease creating in my mind a possibility and a reality afterwards.
Welcome ceremony for your baby
In the wester culture you get a ceremony when you live this world. Why not get a ceremony for arriving in the world? Here you can organize this in all sorts of tastes and flavors: from baby showers, to baptisms to anywhere else the internet takes you. My dear friend Nicoleta Bot, yoga teacher and holistic healer, made a simple powerful 30 minutes ceremony. It took place about 8 days before the birth welcoming the newborn in the world. Her support before the birth and during the last hours of the labor made me feel powerful and focused.
