To ensure your satisfaction the refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your request is received, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Wallpapers, E-Books, Downloadable Software, Digital Documentation
Phone and Desktop Wallpapers as downloadable software products and are NOT eligible for return. If there is a misunderstanding in your order please address it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
E-Books, PDFs, online documents with tutorials and any sort of digital documentation are NOT eligible for return. Please contact email@example.com for any clarification regarding your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged for other services or products.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come back to you.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the product.
